Shrewsbury Big Town Plan has been presented at MIPIM as part of a presentation on Shrewsbury’s Big Connection by Mark Barrow, Executive Director for Place at Shropshire Council, and Councillor Steve Charmley, Deputy Leader of Shropshire Council.
